The staff were very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. It was in an excellent location with Walking distance to a lot of attractions and restaurants. Transportation was also readily available. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The room was incredibly beautiful, the bed was really comfortable, it was quiet, the temperature was easy to control, and checking in and out was easy and quick.

I loved the location, right across from the pacific centre mall. Having a stand-up shower plus a tub with a king-size room was perfect. Booking through booking.com, we had breakfast included through Diva at the met restaurant attached to the hotel, and it was delicious and kept costs down a bit. The staff throughout the hotel and restaurant were fantastic and very polite. I really enjoyed our stay.

Smooth check in with nice rooms, location was great given we were using train to and from Vancouver Airport and still wanted to be in city centre. Had a couple of meals at attached Diva restaurant which offered great service and tasty dishes.

The cleanliness of the facility was exceptional and this was compliment by the professionalism of the staff. Every aspect of the room, the bathroom and the lobby was clean and tidy. It was a great enjoyment staying there.

Room in 5th floor - king bed was comfortable. Room was clean. We got in earlier 10 am, the staff accommodated us - early check in. Great location - walking distance to shopping centers, dining etc. Parking available in basement - easy access and secure. A very friendly, courteous elderly Asian gentleman at the front entrance gave clear walking directions to downtown shopping area, china town, parks, etc. We wanted to thank him but he was not there when we checked out.

We stayed for a week. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The Diva restaurant was good quality and our room was spacious, comfortable and the hotel was in an excellent central location.
